BOOKING FEE

All booking fees will be required when booking your appointments, this is Non-refundable (redeemable against your treatment).

CANCELLATIONS

I know sometimes these things happen..

I just ask for clients to give 48 hours notice for £50 + treatments and 24 hours for under £50 treatments for changing or cancelling appointment, failure to do so will result in losing your booking fee.

NO SHOWS

No shows will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment that was missed.

3 no shows will result in being charged 100% of any treatment before attending the clinic going forward.

REFUNDS

I have a strictly no refund policy.
